- Synopsis:
- With Lueifer unleashed by Sam's unwitting actions, Dean and Sam reunite to attempt the impossible: destroy the Prince of Darkness before he destroys millions of innocents in the Apocalypse. With the aid of fallen angel Castiel, the brothers embark on a journey discovering a series of apocalyptic signs. Along the way the brothers battle ghosts, zombies and demons and uncover new mysteries (James Dean's Death, a sadistic tooth fairy) all in the quest to find a way to kill Lucifer. In the harrowing episodes of Series 5 the brothers encounter their most frightening challenge yet. But in order to win, will they have to sacrifice themselves for mankind?
