- Hastily married to Master Chen's daughter, the young Lu Chan (Xiaochao Yuan) begins to study the powerful form of tai chi. Lu Chan is ostracised when the villagers are reminded of the ancient prophecy that promises the village's utter destruction should they teach an outsider their martial arts. When the villainous Fang (Eddie Peng) returns to exact his revenge with an army of steampunk soldiers, the villagers must trust the outsider Lu Chan in order to survive. But is it too late?
