'Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus',presented by Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp,contains five ten-minute Pilates workouts. 'Exhale Body Sculpt' contains another five workouts led by DeVito and Halfpapp,with the emphasis on sculpting muscles and enhancing strength.
