- When an evil corporation threatens to unleash the black plague on the city, Evan Grail is recruited by his grandfather, Max, into the secret order of the Black Knights. The Black Knights are a band of warriors who have been called upon the past to fight evil and injustice. When Evan is informed that his parents were killed by the same twisted villain who threatens to unleash the black plague, he is spurned into action. Adorned in his Black Knight alter ego regalia he embarks on his quest to atone for the evil that has cursed his family and the city.
