The British Invasion Returns (2000)

The remnants of the British pop invasion of America in the 1960's gather together the diaspora of their component parts for this PBS special. Original acts featured include Freddie and the Dreamers, the Troggs, Wayne Fontana and the Mindbenders, Billy J. Kramer and Gerry and the Pacemekers, performing such classic hits as 'Wild Thing', 'Groovy Kind of Love' and 'I'm Telling You Now'.
