Synopsis:: Three archive films looking at life in post-war rural Scotland. 'The Glen Is Ours' (1946) is a short drama following a de-mobbed soldier running for local election to prevent Cadisburn Glen from being sold. 'Crofters' (1946) is a documentary looking at the crofting community of Achriesgill in Sutherland. 'North East Corner' (1946), follows a retiring Fraserburgh skipper as he compares his life with those of a modern fisherman and farmer.
