Meet the Twentyman brothers - three wayward stick-up men who live by the credo "Nobody gets hurt". The eldest and brightest, Dale (Guy Pearce), is the undisputed leader of gang, whilst middle sibling Mal (Damien Richardson), is enthusiastic and dependable. And the youngest, Shane (Joel Edgerton), provides plenty of muscle, but with a side order of destructive tendencies. Released from prison for the umpteenth time thanks to their crooked lawyer, Frank (Robert Taylor) - who's knee-deep in both the brothers' affairs and Dale's wife, Carol (Rachel Griffiths) - the brothers are landed with one final one for Frank. The plan? To rip off the bookies at the Melbourne Cup.
