- 2000 years ago, the Qin Emperor is at the height of his tyranny, spurring a bloody revolution. Beyond the battlefields, ordinary people lie homeless and hungry in the streets, desperate for a better existence. Liu Bang and Xiang Yu, two key figures in the rebellion both crave the power and wealth that lies within the Imperial Palace, but only one of them can prevail. The bold and noble Xiang Yu foolishly spared Liu Bang's life at the The Last supper, only to be later crushed by Liu. As for Liu, he spends his dying days fending off plots against him and with his own glory days now behind him he becomes increasingly paranoid, spurring a brand new bloodbath.
