So bad its not good - The Pink Panther 2 review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert
27/05/2009

This is a painful film to watch, made even more disturbing by the talent involved, clearly developed to cash in on the success of the previous film. Steve Martin is no match for Peter Sellers and has put his own style into the role of Detective Clouseau. He lacks the ability to do physical comedy and his terrible French accent is one of many on show here. Sadly Garcia, Reno, Cleese and Irons are just going through the motions – I hope the money was worth it – as this is terrible. Stripped down to Mr Bean proportions, it’ll have you reaching out for the Sellers films in no time whatsoever.
