The PJs (1999 - 2001)

The PJs is an American stop motion animation comedy series created by Eddie Murphy, Steve Tompkins and Larry Wilmore. The series followed the residents of an urban housing project and the strict and oftentimes doltish superintendent Thurgood (Eddie Murphy). Thurgood tries to keep order in the block but finds it a challenge thanks to his lack of skills for the job but with the help of his wife Muriel (Loretta Devine), the voice of reason in the family, he does his best for the residents of the building and for his wife.
