- The Ricky Gervais Show is an American animated comedy series that is an expansion on the Podcast of the same name. The series follows the often unimportant chats between Gervais, Stephen Merchant and their oddball friend Karl Pilkington, a man with a unique look at life, one that Merchant and Gervais have no problem poking holes in for the sake of comedy as the animation shows the bizzare thoughts of Pilkington brought to life as to truly show the weird way that he thinks and just how funny it must be to everyone else.
