The third entry in the inimitable 'Street Fighter' series catches up with martial arts maestro Sonny Chiba's Takuma Tsurugi, now hired by the criminal Owada clan to rescue cassettes enabling the cheap manufacture of heroin. Double-crossed by the clan, Tsurugi takes off with the tapes and soon finds that a group of deadly assassins - led by Mr. Black's laser-shooting mariachi - are hot on his trail.
