"Tuna Wranglers" is an action packed, up-close and personal look at the lives of the brave fisherman who work in one of the most remote and dangerous places on Earth...Australia's Southern Ocean. Notoriously unpredictable and with towering waves a constant threat, it can be a graveyard for shipping. Every year, these fishermen take up the unique challenge of spending two months rounding up, caging and dragging home millions of dollars' worth of live southern blue fin tuna, and this incredible programme allows the viewer to get right to the heart of the action. Only a certain calibre of person willingly jumps into a pen 190 Km offshore and wrestles deadly sharks out with their bare hands.
