So trainer Richard Callender, who's famous for helping people shape up Fast, devised this workout - and this is what did it for me.
I've lost Two And A Half Stone - And - an incredible Ten Inches off my waist alone!
This routine is all about burning fat - and here's the bit I love - It's dead easy to follow - no tricky dance moves. But boy has it worked.
There's a ten minute Warm Up, a 20 minute Fat Burner, with loads of fantastic boxing moves, a ten minute Body Toner and finally ten minutes of Belly Shrinker, the title says it all!What's great is that this summer I won't need the sarong!
