With dreams of superstardom in his head, Bud Eagle (Arch Hall Jr.) arrives in LA and after an opportune talent show spot, he and his 'wild guitar' are signed up by starmaker Mike McCauley (Arch Hall Sr.) who makes a habit of fleecing young wannabes. Can Bud become the next big thing?
