Dumping toxic waste.

After the boxing day Tsunami, the waves had hit East Africa including Somalia.Toxic and radioactive barrels washed up on their shores,They had no coast guard and the pirates were the beginning.Ask yourself why Cpt.Phillips had thousands in his safe.Was he dumping waste too?
