Synopsis:
David Suchet stars as Agatha Christie's enigmatic, eccentric and extremely intelligent detective Hercule Poirot.

Elephants Can Remember
Poirot is pre-occupied with investigating the strange and gruesome murder of an elderly psychiatrist. He is joined by his old friend, crime writer Ariadne Oliver (Zoe Wanamaker), who has a case of her own to solve. With the help of the great detective's little grey cells, a trip to Paris and the evidence of a clever dog, Poirot manages to penetrate the fog of memory to uncover the truth.
The Big Four
Set against the backdrop of the impending WWII, The Big Four plunges Poirot into a world he has never been in before - one of global espionage. The public are in panic after the shocking death of Russian grandmaster Ivan Savaranoff (Michael Culkin) and Poirot must try to determine the good guys from the bad, as a complex plot sees a host of international figures used like pawns. The film welcomes back iconic characters Captain Hastings (Hugh Fraser), Inspector Japp (Phillip Jackson) and Miss Lemon (Pauline Moran).
Dead Man's Folly
After being commissioned to stage a fictional murder, Ariadne Oliver (Zoe Wanamaker) believes a real one is about to happen, but Poirot is unable to stop it even after she warns him. He feels he has failed, but can he solve the mystery of the murder he was unable to prevent?
The Labours of Hercules
Poirot falls into a deep depression, after his egotism plays a part in the murder of a society girl. It is the desperate plea of a lonely chauffeur (Tom Austen) to find his missing soul mate, which eventually motivates Poirot to get back to work. His quest takes him to the Swiss Alps where he stumbles on clues, which may lead to a very personal showdown.
Curtain: Poirot's Last Case
Curtain: Poirot's Last Case is the conclusion to Agatha Christie's Poirot. His last ever case is set ten years after the other films, and an immobilised Poirot calls on his old friend Captain Hastings (Hugh Fraser) for assistance as they return to the scene of their first case, Styles Court, to try to prevent an imminent murder.
