Big Monster War (1968)

This Japanese take on vampire lore centers on a demon named Daimon, who's awakened when thieves plunder his ancient tomb. The bodiless vampire heads to a village in Japan, where he takes over the soul of Lord Isobe, an important landowner - and soon, Isobe is devouring fellow villagers. But one local man suspects the supernatural and consults the local benevolent spirits known as Yokai, who help save Isobe and the village.
