Christopher Crocodile: Cloud Crazy (1993)

The inhabitants of Muddytown are used to a lot of rain (after all that’s why Christopher Crocodile came to live there) but not hail, snow and blistering sun All in the space of a few hours! With the weather threatening to spoil a talent show in the village, Christopher builds a One-Man-Band-Flying machine as his entry but the Good Weather Witch casts a spell over all his inventions! Christopher chases the Witch into her cloud kingdom and with the aid of some helpful clouds, manages to get the weather back to normal and get back to the talent contest! All in a day’s custard!
