George Clooney (Ocean's Eleven), Julia Roberts (Erin Brockovich) and Drew Barrymore (Charlie's Angels) star in the comedy thriller that posses and irresistible question: what would happen if a wildly successful TV producer was also a top-secret CIA assassin? While Chuck Barris (Sam Rockwell – The Green Mile), maverick creator of The Dating Game, The Newlywed Game and The Gong Show, gains notoriety for his smash television shows, he is also drawn into a shadowy world of danger as a covert governmental operative. But soon he's life begins to spiral out of controls – both of them. A clever drama thriller supposedly based on the real life story of Chuck Barris, in which you never really know if what's happening on-screen is the truth or just a figment of Barris's imagination. Well worth a rental.

Jeez, art is SO subjective! I found this film very boring initially, and couldn’t relate to the participants at all. Must be me, but I found the film dry and strange to say, unattractive.
