- A nice guy with a questionable past, Charlie Bronson (Dax Shepard), risks everything when he busts out of a witness protection program to drive his girlfriend (Kristen Bell) to Los Angeles for the job opportunity of a lifetime. Their road trip grows awkwardly complicated, however, when they're chased by an inept fed (Tom Arnold) and Charlie's ex-pal (Bradley Cooper), a vengeance-crazed criminal he helped put behind bars.

Dax meets Bradley - Hit and Run review by NC
Who is Dax? Not knowingly seen him before. Very like a young Bruce Dern somehow, but nicer with it. Certainly matches up square with Bradley Cooper. Actually quite enjoyed the film. Typical plot of various folk on the road, but flowed along well, and did follow it all the way through!
