Rent If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle (2010)

Silviu, an inmate in a juvenile detention centre, is days away from release when he discovers with fury that his young brother, whom Silviu has raised like a son, is to be taken abroad by their estranged mother. Silviu's desire for a beautiful social worker only adds to his confusion and, with time running out, his emotions begin to boil over.
