The truth will out! - In the Electric Mist review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert

I like Tommy Lee Jones and he didn't disappoint. Always serious and bedeviled by personal problems but he always gets his man. Lots of bodies and the truth is set in the past. However how did John Goodman get to act someone with the name Baby Feet!! - I still see him as Fred Flinstone so couldn't take him seriously. Worth a watch.

Hmmmm, pretty good. - In the Electric Mist review by CP Customer

High production values, great soundtrack, and very atmospheric settings make this an good way to pass 1:38 minutes.

Tommy Lee Jones and Mary Steenburgen put in great performances, while John Goodman struggles to break from his typecasting, but can be forgiven.

Recommended.

Good thriller but ... - In the Electric Mist review by AB

Spoiler Alert

I enjoyed this and it was a very acceptable thriller but I had two reservations - there were 2 back-stories that were not expanded upon that would have helped understand some of the storyline - the sly comment about baseball and the witnessing of the swamp shooting and, secondly, why did the murderer do the murders? A bit more meat on the bones would have helped the whole thing. Nice little twist at the end with the picture that lent an atmosphere of fantasy/supernatural.

OK - A slight third reservation. The step-daughter's name - why not pick something simple that could have been made out in conversation rather than distract people from trying to work out what the name is?
