Conductor Erich Leinsdorf directs the world-class Vienna Symphonic Orchestra (with soprano Helen Donath and tenor Werner Hollweg) in this concert featuring the works of master Viennese composer Johann Strauss. The mixed program includes polkas, waltzes and operetta excerpts. Works include the "Waldmeister Overture," "Tritsch-Tratsch Polka," "Voices of Spring," excerpts from "The Gypsy Baron," the "Treasure Waltz," the "Emperor Waltz" and more.
