- Synopsis:
- Clement (Jean-Louis Trintignant) is part of a right wing political movement and although monied and comfortable, he is an active terrorist. Betrayed by a comrade he takes his wife Anne (Schneider) and seeks refuge in a friend Paul's house. Once he discovers the identity of the man who betrayed him he sets out to take revenge. complications arise when Anne makes her feelings for Paul known.
