Synopsis:
When Luke Bryan first moved to Nashville in 2001 he was simply one of a number of young musicians flocking into the heart of the country world intent on pursuing their dreams. Yet in this city over-flowing with talent, Luke did manage to attract attention, first as a songwriter and shortly afterwards as a singer, at a time when country music itself was entering one of its richest eras, producing new artists who were crossing over into the mainstream and achieving global success.
If his debut album, I ll Stay Me, released in 2007, suggested that Luke also had the potential to break out of the traditional country market and ascend to international stardom, with his next three releases he attracted an ever-growing audience and cemented his reputation as one of Country music s most successful acts. This are interviews with Luke from across his career, in which he discusses his musical journey in detail his songs, his albums, his stage show and his influences. The interviews reveal a humble, polite and funny artist who is both passionate and focused, aware that his best is still yet to come.
