- Synopsis:
Life carries on apace at the Glenbogle Estate with Duncan pretending to be Laird for a day to justify the white lies he's told Marie-Helene, an old pen pal who pays a surprise visit. Meanwhile Hector is arranging a regimental reunion bringing more disruption and worry to Archie. One of Hector's old pals is wanted by the police and Archie goes to great lengths to distract the police so that his father's old friend can escape. As the finances of the estate are back on track Stella Moon makes ready for her departure and a Midsummer Ball is thrown to mark her achievements. Stella has fallen for Archie and is reluctant to leave so she concocts a plan to sabotage the Ball, embarrass Archie and hopefully extend her stay. Lexie redeems the situation and Archie finally realises Lexie is his true soulmate. But will the path of true love run smoothly? - Actors:
