Running and Killing is their only way of escape! Telly Savalas stars as Memphis a member of a small group of thieves in this compelling and sometimes disturbing thriller. The group of three have made plans to raid a jewellers but the robbery goes badly wrong as the trigger-happy Memphis murders the fleeing jeweller. Although they make their getaway with the plunder, they are now a gang who are very much on the police wanted list. In their haste to escape through the back streets they wreck their getaway car and hijack another, throwing the female driver to the ground. But they have now unwittingly added kidnap to their growing list of crimes as the son of a diplomat was hiding on the back seat. As they flee toward the French border and out of the clutches of the Italian police Memphis buries the group deeper and deeper in trouble, although in his warped mind there is always a good reason for his actions. The plot twists and turns as the exhausted threesome head for the mountains and the relative safety of France, but by now an army of Carabinieri are hot on their heels determined to arrest the gang responsible for multiple murders and child abduction...or will the desperate fugitives make the border and freedom?! - Actors:
