t's only Rock 'n' Roll but we like it! In the course of the 5th Rockpalast night, in October 1979, SOUTHSIDE JOHNNY and his Asbury Jukes were brilliant and impressed everyone. Especially their song New Romeo was a great hit, still recommendable to the uninitiated, and is made of pure Rock and Soul in an unusually powerful and catchy mixture. The band, from New Jersey - a true Rock flagship, also played in Rockpalast 13 years later in 1992. In the course of this recording from the Live Music Hall in Cologne, SOUTHSIDE JOHNNY presented his record Better Days together with the ingenious Little Steven as a special guest! A mega event! Let's rock!
