Synopsis:
It's the year 2020, NASA's Headquarters on Mars has been destroyed by androids from the planet Guk, in the galaxy of Alpha Centauri. The androids and their wrinkled hag leader, Zelda, have designs on the earth, hoping to wipe out the humans and rule in our place. Three years earlier, the UN High Command ordered that Dr. 'Tiger' Ninestein create an elite international force to be known as the "Terrahawks". Now the team, from their secret base in South America, must defend the world against the evil Zelda. The leader of the Terrahawks Earth Defence Squadron, Dr. "Tiger" Ninestein is one of nine clones created by Professor Stein (hence the name).
Working with Tiger as the pilot of the Battlehawk is the even-tempered Captain Mary Falconer. Mary uses her experience as a former civilian pilot and free-fall parachutist... Scoring high IQ points on the mission is super-smart space stud Hiro, responsible for the Terrahawks' computer Command Centre... The sassy, singing sensation Kate Kestrel is Hawkwing pilot and a pop superstar... Lieutenant Hawkeye has micro computer enhanced eyes that have helped him earn his reputation as an ace fighter pilot. Finally, Sergeant Major Zero, a state-of-the-art spheroid robot, upholds the tradition of machines with emotions. Together they battle Zelda and her revolting android creations, Cystar and Yungstar.

1. To Catch a Tiger
When Zelda kidnaps two space-freighter pilots who journey to Mars in search of riches, there is only one thing she wants for their return - her greatest enemy, Tiger Ninestein. Shockingly, Earth agrees to her terms, but would the authorities really give up their greatest hope of survival to the invaders from Mars?
2. The Midas Touch
Eighty five per cent of Earth's gold reserves are held in orbit on the Fort Knox weather satellite. Using the Krell, a Martian sand creature, Zelda plans to destroy the satellite and cripple the planet's economy. When Zelda gets the Krell through the Terrahawks defenses and into the Egyptian desert, Fort Knox is at her mercy, but Zero and Dix-Huit have other plans.
3. Operation S.A.S.
Yungstar takes charge of his own operation, kidnapping Kate Kestrel with the help of the monster Zelda and her 'family' find the most horrific in all the universe, Yuri the space bear! It is up to Zero and his men to mount a rescue mission inspired by the exploits of Britain's elite SAS regiment.
4. Ten Top Pop
Yungstar has invented a communications device known as the Ferret, which he wastes his time with listening to pop records broadcast from Earth. Zelda can always turn a situation to her advantage, and she uses the machine to take control of Stew Dapples, Kate Kestrel's arranger and instrumentalist.
