- Synopsis:
- A famous Danish gender activist and owner of Copenhagen's first gender-neutral children's nursery is found dead on a building site in Malmo, her body arranged in a macabre tableaux amongst a 'family' of mannequins. This marks the beginning of a line of spectacular murders that eventually become personal for Saga. Forced to work with a new Danish partner, who has difficulty accepting her for who she is, and having to deal with her past once more when her mother unexpectedly arrives, Saga is put to the ultimate test both in her work and in her personal life.

Faultless...almost. - The Bridge: Series 3 review by TJ
Like most viewers, I was a little worried that Martin's absence from series three may have signaled the beginning of the end for what was a brilliant first two seasons. I'm happy to report that series three maintains the strong character development that is synonymous with this outstanding programme. Naturally the focus is a little more on Saga with her family and upbringing, but the writers have been more than successful in creating new characters that keep up the momentum - after three series, that's quite an achievement!
The plot of series three may not be as complex and gripping as the first two, and there's a few turns and twists that are a little obvious, but the gripping finale, alongside the great acting and faultless characterization will ensure series four is eagerly awaited.

Relieved and happy - The Bridge: Series 3 review by RS
to have finished an unexpectedly long series, though I enjoyed every aspect of the production. I recommend the final excellent interview film because I was delighted by the real discovery of an unaffected and intelligent actress that is Sofia Helin.
