- Synopsis:
- All six episodes from the first series of the British sitcom following life in a south coast seafront café. Set in Weston-super-Mare,'Cyril's' is owned by Mary (June Watson),Carol (Ellie Haddington) and Sarah (Michelle Terry),three elderly friends who run the café for love not money,since it occupies a spot as the social hub of the town. As the ailing business struggles to keep its head above water,Sarah,a budding writer,starts to get re-acquainted with her former childhood sweetheart Richard (Ralf Little). The episodes are: 'There's No Place Like Home','Afternoon Tease','Out With the Old','A Note to Follow','Fragile,Handle with Care' and 'Deal Or No Deal'.
