- When the cast and crew of a paranormal TV reality programme decide to shoot in the house of the original 'Ju-On: The Grudge' hauntings, a series of strange events unfold at the location. The show's guest host, the famous "Horror Queen" Kyoko Harase (Noriko Sakai) is involved in a car accident that results in her miscarrying and puts her fiance in a coma. It soon becomes apparent as the production team departs from the shoot, that the curse is not only transferred from victim to victim, but can be passed down through generations.
