Tottenham Hotspur vs. Nottingham Forrest: 1991 FA Cup Final (1991)

Whilst Tottenham were pressing for their 8th FA Cup final win, poor Paul Gascoigne, fresh from his majestic free kick against the Gunners in the semi, injured himself (and Gary Charles) in a moment of foolish exuberance. Without their talisman, Spurs had to dig deep against a Forest side trying desperately hard to match the glorious success of their predecessors.
