Synopsis:
Claude Peres takes viewers on a haunting and intimate journey with this groundbreaking erotic drama. The premise is simple: Peres and a man he's never met will sleep together while the cameras roll. No contract, no film crew, no boundaries. The end result is a film that challenges viewers to look into the heart of human desire. There's palpable tension as the director and "the actor" engage in conversation and gradually give in to the film's unusual and unpredictable scenario. Peres loosely structures the encounter as an interview in which he poses piercing questions to his onscreen lover, himself, and the audience.
It's is the kind of film that seeps into the viewers' subconscious and rattles their comfort levels.

art film - Unfaithful review by TN

Spoiler Alert
12/03/2018

the title dones;t really describe the plot of this film. the plot - actor and director get together in a room and see what happens. it sounded very experimental and that is exactly what it is - experimental. there is no real plot, no script. The lighting can get irksome at times, as can the discussion between actor and director. They are both fit young gay men so, of course, they do end up naked and having sex. Bu the plot, the motivation, the intent is lacking in this film. A great idea, not very well executed

Dire, pretentious drivel - Unfaithful review by MD

Spoiler Alert
31/08/2023

If you thought an art movie 'gazing into the heart of male desire ' couldn't be worse than Pornhub, think again.

Not cheesy but laughably pretentious.

Not consumerist but totally vacuous.

Not overwrought but asexual.

And at the end...

'Do you think we know each other better?'

Who cares frankly. This film ought to come with a health warning. It's enough to put you off sex altogether.

Give it a wide berth
