Relegation favourites cried the media pundits, ahead of Watford's 2010/11 npower Championship campaign. But how wrong they were. From that first, exhausting 3-2 win on the season's opening night at Norwich City - when Watford's role at Carrow Road was meant to be simply to feed the ball back in to play, it was clear Malky Mackay's Hornets would be no push-overs. Champions QPR had a 19-game unbeaten run ended on their own patch, Millwall went for six at The Den, while big-name clubs such as Middlesbrough, Leicester, Cardiff, Portsmouth, Derby and Sheffield United all fell to defeat at the Vic.
