World War II: Battle of the Volga (2002)

The summer of 1942 was a very bloody time on the Soviet-German front, which extended from the Arctic Ocean to the Black Sea. The story of the battle to save the city of Leningrad, surrounded on all fronts, is told here from the point of view of the Russian troops and the Baltic sailors who fought so hard to defend the city.
