- Synopsis:
Episodes 12 to 22 from the fifth series of the popular TV fantasy. In 'God Fearing Child' Xena prepares for the arrival of her baby, but Zeus is angry and orders her death. 'Eternal Bonds' sees Joxer dangerously injured when he tries to help Xena and her child escape some would-be assassins. 'Amphipolis Under Siege' has Xena seek refuge in Amphipolis. 'Married With Fishsticks' finds Gabrielle living a strange alternate existence as a mermaid. 'Lifeblood' sees Xena start preparing Eve, her young daughter, to be an Amazon princess. 'Kindred Spirits' has Xena and Gabrielle think about giving up their wandering ways and settling down to live with the Amazons. 'Antony and Cleopatra' finds Xena posing as the murdered Cleopatra in order find out the identity of the killer. In 'Looking Death in the Eye' Xena has an encounter with Celesta. 'Livia' sees Xena and Gabrielle travel 25 years into the future, where they find that Eve has grown into a quite unpleasant young woman. 'Eve' has Xena wonder whether she should kill her own errant daughter. And finally, 'Motherhood' finds Athena hatching a plan which will cause Gabrielle to attack Eve. - Actors:
