Bastards

pointlessly horrible film

Gratuitously unpleasant film. No meaningful point to any of the unpleasantness. Slow-moving, terrible characterisation, particularly of women characters. Utterly pretentious. No redeeming qualities, except that it only drags on for 96 minutes. Any more and I would have had to turn it off.
