Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to the large volume of mail they need to process caused by pandemic and upcoming holidays. This may cause temporary delivery delays for some customers. Should you need to, please report all delivery problems via following link Report a Problem.
To get up to date information if we have received discs from you or if we have dispatched discs to you, please visit My list. ALL discs received from Royal Mail are processed on our system the same day we have received them from Royal Mail.
If you haven't received a disc, we have sent to you within normal delivery times or we haven't received your returned disc, please do inform us via Report a Problem page.
