  • To get up to date information if we have received discs from you or if we have dispatched discs to you, please visit My list. ALL discs received from Royal Mail are processed on our system the same day we have received them from Royal Mail.

    With regards to the coronavirus outbreak, processing at Cinema Paradiso is still without delays. However, Royal Mail has been impacted and is experiencing delays in some areas. If you haven't received a disc, we have sent to you within normal delivery times or we haven't received your returned disc, please do inform us via Report a Problem page.
