Before you contact us please check the following

  • To get up to date information if we have received discs from you or if we have dispatched discs to you, please visit My list. ALL discs received from Royal Mail are processed on our system the same day we have received them from Royal Mail.

    If you haven't received a disc, we have sent to you within normal delivery times or we haven't received your returned disc, please do inform us via Report a Problem page.

  • Royal Mail delivery service seems to be back to normal therefore we are stopping dispatch of double rentals. Should there be any changes will keep you updated.
