More adventures from Mort and Phil, special secret agents of TIA who are sent out on dangerous and exciting missions. They fight crime with the help of crazy inventor Dr. Bacterium, but his inventions don't always prove as useful as they should do.

The Catastrophic Ball
A terrorist group has produced a terrifying chemical gas that turns everyone who breathes it into a donkey! The group hides the gas in a football which disastrously goes missing. It is up to T.I.A. agents Mort and Phil to recover the missing football and chemical gas. Their adventure leads them through football clubs and clubs for society ladies.
Dr. Bacterium's Super Heroes
T.I.A.'s Director Mr. L orders madcap inventor Dr. Bacterium to invent something to make Mort and Phil into Hollywood superheroes. The results are not as expected as they are transformed into Sardine-Man for underwater operations and Pelican-Man who can speed through the sky. Their new superhero powers bring catastrophe to all who encounter them.
The Case of the Kidnappers
Joe the Viper's gang of kidnappers try to abduct Dr. Bacterium from the security of the T.I.A. building. To protect other potential targets Mr. L sends Mort and Phil undercover to watch over them. However, the agents unconventional methods and crazy ways make the possible victims start to wonder if it would not be better to be kidnapped....
