Nineteen Stances in Advanced: Course of Double Nunchakes (2009)

Two Segmented Cudgel, known in the west as Nunchaku, is the most practical attacking technique in Chinese traditional cultural of martial arts. It is distinctly tangible and intangible, fast, vigorous, changeable with integrated techniques, in which the offending and defending technique by two-hand holding cudgel is its prime.
