Pilates Band Workout (2006)

This programme combines Pilates with the Band to provide a workout that firms and tones the body. Exercises include toning exercises for the upper body and floor work movements. Exercises are designed to improve poster, streamline the body and achieve muscles. The programme has been devised with a choice of levels to suit beginners through to the more advanced.
