The Pilates Edition was created in cooperation with the renowned "Pilates Coach Germany" institute. The Pilates method strives to connect elements of standard fitness training, dance, yoga, breathing exercises, and physical therapy, shaping into a holistic training method which affects both body and soul. Focussed stretching- and fortifying exercises in connection with focussed breathing will lead to a strengthened muscle apparatus of the

- abdominal
- and back muscles.
The result will be a longer, well-shaped muscle tonus and a more flexible body.
