Pinocchio is the lovable wooden puppet who longs to be a real boy. It's this longing that takes him on many adventures and puts him in grave danger. Luckily for him he has a loving father and a conscience-keeping buddy Crickety Cricket to help him out.
Beware of Witches - Part 1 During the full moon, Franko challenges some kids to join him on a hunt in Devil Forest for the legendary witch. Pinocchio, to prove his bravery, plunges into the woods ahead of all of them. Deep in the woods, Pinocchio is greeted by an old hag who invites him to live and play in the castle.
Beware of Witches - Part 2 The next day, Pinocchio persuades three little girls to go with him to Countess Leona's castle. Back in the village, the missing girl's mothers yell at Geppetto for Pinocchio's having led their daughters into the woods. Geppetto goes into the woods after the children.
Pleasureland Pinocchio is miserable at school, having had a terrible time as the target of kids' ridicule, inspired by Franko. On the way home, he is beguiled by a cute girl. She knows all about Pinocchio's difficulties - and appears to be sympathetic.
The Magic Ring Pinocchio runs into a band of Gypsies. The lead Gypsy uses his magic ring to make Pinocchio capable of tasting food and of feeling pain. Pinocchio believes he's been made a human boy. The Gypsy offers to turn Pinocchio back into a human being in exchange for 100 gold coins or the old man who makes puppets, Geppetto.
Never Tell a Lie Pinocchio runs through the town yelling "Fire!" creating an uproar and making an outcast of himself. The Oak Fairy visits Pinocchio and causes his nose to grow whenever he lies to her.
