This 86 minute video recorded live in Lugano features the renowned rock keyboardist and composer Rick Wakeman performing orchestral arrangements of many of his best-known compositions. "Classical Wakeman" includes tracks from the three hugely popular and successful concept albums he recorded on the 1970's which established him as an innovative composer and performer: "The Six Wives Of Henry The VIII" (1973), "Journey To The Centre Of The Earth" (1974), and "Myths and Legends of King Arthur" (1975). Rick Wakeman is best-known as the keyboardist with the progressive rock band Yes as well as for his highly successful solo career, with over 100 albums to his name. Latterly he's been seen on BBC television contributing to the Grumpy Old Men show. This video will be an essential purchase for the massive Rick Wakeman fan base.
