As sincere and heartfelt as Seane herself in embracing Spirit and all it can mean for each of us, Session Two in the Vinyasa Flow series takes you another step beyond the physical. Pick up the pace in this more challenging yet still technically precise practice and continue to increase your strength, flexibility and understanding of the vinyasa framework. This practice will deepen the connection between the fluid movements, each breath you take and an increasing peace of mind in your life. It will create a place you can go to fell a comfortable, personal connection with both your body and your own sense of Spirit.
Includes two complete program & practice options:
Instructional Sessions: A rich learning tool - with two options to keep up with your skill progression and schedule. Long Form (85 minutes) includes more of the detailed, unscripted live-audio explanation and demonstration that make Seane's home-practice programs a learning experience as rich and intimate as a one-to-one class. includes modified Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, backbends, twists, reflection, meditation and savasana. Short Form (40 minutes) omits some preparatory poses and commentary for a more fluid, continuous practice.
Breath Session: For progressing skill levels and refining vinyasa breathing technique. The full practice without verbal instruction, to allow a more continuous flow and a truer experience of the meditative pacing of vinyasa yoga. Enriched by the music of Suzanne Sterling. (76 minutes).
