Two faulty discs

First disc was faulty so was quickly replaced but the replacement had exactly the same problem. It stopped at 20 seconds and goes no further. The same disc sent back perhaps. I would report it via your web page but I can't as I've returned the disc and it doesn't let me report it that way...
