But never before have I seen him act frightened until I saw this. But that didn't last long and then he was back to his usual best.

Pretty much the usual storm in / shoot the baddies / rescue the goodies type film, but plenty of action with the added twist of 24's 'family held hostage' scenario but recommended all the same for it's entertainment value.

I expected this to be a pretty naf remake of the original - but it's actually quite good. Some well known faces add to the quality acting by the kids, and it all goes to make it a quite an enjoyable watch.
