If you like watching delightful drivel then this is one for you. In my house we quite liked it but when there are plenty of good comedies out there, this one did not really give us the belly laughs we had hoped for.

It is easy to see why this could be a very funny film but the pace is fairly slow and the humour predictable. The cast makes a good effort with a slight script but are let down by the flimsy characters and the relationships are never really that believable.

The storyline could have been a comedic gold mine if the issues involved had been addressed. If you are bored on a wet afternoon this one might float your boat but it's much more likely you would find Juno a more satisfying and more humorous proposition.
